Got the PDF

True to our government's word, it took 3 days, but we got the PDF file.  On to the Article 5 wait - exactly 2 weeks, so hopefully we will have this by February 1st and be waiting for TA (big assumption here that our agency can get everything dropped off tomorrow in China - not confirmed).    Not sure if we will get TA in the week before Chinese New Years, but at least only one more step!!!!
