Article 5 Issued

FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!

5 weeks and one day later.....our Article 5 has been issued by the US Consulate.  We are officially on the last step of waiting for Travel Approval.  This has been taking between 2 and 3 weeks.  Once we have Travel Approval, we can request our consulate appointment at the US Consulate in Guangzhou and make our travel arrangements.

Still very hopeful that we can be there for Nola's 3rd birthday - maybe even have Gotcha day on her birthday!
